Fallen Stars

As a bit of an aside to the Sand Sequel fil I started working on something I’ve wanted to do for a while, design my own table top role-playing game. It expands out on the world of the film, with the players filling in the roles of members of a traveling caravan of unusual characters. For those in the know when it comes to Indie RPGs, the game is heavily inspired by Electric Bastionland by Chris McDowall and Blades in the Dark by John Harper as well as a slew of others. Below is a selection of some of the spreads from the book. It’s been a fun time getting back into page layout on a bigger project.

This project has sort of ended, at least in this form. I’ve largely been canibalising the game for parts to use in other games but I’m still fairly happy with how some of the original layout looked which is why I’m still showing it here.
