Captain Thunderbolt
A Web Mini-Series for 10Play
In 2019, myself and a small team of recent graduate friends & current students worked on a short animated spin-off series for 10Play called My Name is Captain Thunderbolt (Sometimes), about the cat belonging to the main character (played by Lucy Lawless) of their currently airing series My Name is Murder.
I was lead storyboard and layout artist and in a small team like this, that meant my boards lead lots of creative decisions regarding camera, pacing and storytelling. Below are examples of my storyboards from the show as well as some of the backgrounds & pre-production concept work from my original style pitch for the show.
